Terrible Customer Service!! THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY OR WORKMANSHIP "This Post Is Worth Your Time To Read" My father had them install a new pool, jacuzzi, pavers around walkway and patio area, a long vinyl cover at walkway and covering over patio with light fixtures in 2016. I inherited the house in 2020. First off the pool vacuum wasn't working very well. We weren't able to use it for months during the summer time it had started growing algae so I contacted them and asked what would be a good one to get since I didn't know much about the pool.. I sent them many, many calls and photos of what I was dealing with. After months with no response I finally ended up purchasing two robots I thought might be good to choose from. They were very expensive $900 each. After so many months I was not able to return them. So I ended up being out of pocket and stuck with them. They turned out to be more than what I actually needed for the pool. I've been trying to sell them on them online and actually asked them if they knew anyone that might be interested since they build pools.. Finally they ended up returning my calls and said that they could order one for me, the same one they use for there pool. Since then the pool has been crystal clear. Unfortunately, all of that headache could have been avoided if I would have heard back from them in a reasonable time frame. 2.) The lights at the patio area where on three separate switches that didn't make any sense at all. You could never separate the two biggest ones for how much light that was needed, both did the same thing.They were only turning on together with one switch and the corner flood light at patio door opening was a sensor light. This should have been one that you could just turn off and on when needed. I asked them to come over and check it because one was also flickering and both were very bright. I ended up calling an electrician for $300 and had him put in a dimmer switch and change sensor flood light to regular one. Unfortunately not much changed, since.The other big lights still were not working properly. Elite finally came over and told me that I needed to get new light fixtures. (so basically my problem) This still isn't resolved completely. It should have been done correctly in the beginning! Poor, yet simple electrical planning. Still not fully resolved yet. 3.) Cracks on tiles on outer area of jacuzzi. When they came out to check patio lights, I showed them the cracks on the jacuzzi tiles, they told me that those tiles were easy to find and that they would be able to replace them, that was over a year ago. Nothing has been done since.. 4,) Pool and jacuzzi light stopped working a year ago.They charged me $80 cash to replace the socket and in less than a year the same thing happened again. I called them on January 14th it's been 2 months with no response. I called office, Mike and texted a total of 7 times..again no response. I finally ended up hiring an electrician to replace the socket because I have company coming in March for my birthday.We want to be able to use the pool and jacuzzi Electrician changed the socket and told me that the last person (Elite) that had changed it did not put the cover back on properly and that was the reason the socket stopped working because water got in.. and that it would continue to do that if the cover now needed to be replaced so he change the cover also. So that was more money out of pocket when I had just paid $80 less than a year ago. 5.) Lastly and "most important of all" the pool should be filling automatically from evaporation!! To this day I have been asking many, many of times how to have that happen so that I don't have to use the garden hose to fill it, set a timer so I don't overfill the pool over and over again, same routine. My father was in his 80's and obviously was not told because he was doing the same and might not have known any different. Totally unacceptable for how much the project was. Again I have been calling and texting Mike for months

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I hired them to remodel my pool. Not only did they drop the ball on everything and every detail, they don't back their own work. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS I PROVIDED. This happened a year after they finished. When I called them Mike came out and said they wouldn't repair this for free that I would have to pay them to fix the job that they got wrong. They were rude and disrespectful of our time from the beginning. They took 4x as long to finish this project because of bad management. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO DO ANY OF YOUR REMODELING NEEDS. This company is a joke.
