Lisa is extremely professional in all aspects of her business. She is knowledgeable in electrolysis and educated me on self care. I’ve had impressive, lasting results because of her thorough approach.She consistently goes above and beyond: helping me navigate some of the insurance pitfalls even before I was a client. Her room is sanitary, quiet and safe - she leaves time in between clients to ensure your privacy is upheld. Lisa truly cares about her clients.

Lisa is fantastic! She is extremely knowledgable, professional, and kind, and her office is very clean and nice. It is amazing what results I have seen so quickly. There are a lot of bad electrologists out there but Lisa is the real deal and knows how to work so that you don't get scarring and to minimize discomfort, including a numbing cream you can buy as well as some recommendations for day-of prep. This has made such a difference to my mental heal in terms of not seeing that facial hair every day. This is the best place to go for electrolysis!

Lisa is a fantastic electrologist! I was a bit hesitant going in but she explained the process and alleviated my concerns. And the results are superb! Very happy I did this. Lisa is very good at what she does.
