I’ve been coming here for years.

Did all my prenatal visits and post care here. Staff is a hit or miss but the care is there. Thank you to the provider Alana Scott she truly cares about her patients.
Staff is so horrible. The front desk representative is not helpful she hanged up mid sentence of me speaking and I called back 4x with my call being ignored. I’m in pain right now. Like is this place a joke? Sorry doctors but your staff is letting this business down.
If pregnant do not go here. The ladies at the front desk are rude, unprofessional, and gossip about patients. You are also expected to come in 15 minutes earlier than your appointment but won’t be seen until 30-50 minutes after. They blame you if you haven’t gotten certain lab work as if you’re the one who’s supposed to know what you need done. They made changes to my health plan without my permission to later then blame me about the change that was done because they don’t offer that plan.
