we're a property mgmt company and i'm not sure what some of the low reviews are about. of all the contractors we use (plumbers/electricians/handymen/hvac/etc) this is probably our most reliable in terms of service and efficacy. that they're knowledgeable and easy to work with is really a bonus.we've used eastern for a while now, and they've always been prompt and professional. great pricing compared to the national companies and have proven to be quite resourceful.

I had a bunch of roaches and termites in my place and no one could get rid of them except Eastern. They knew what they were doing and did a great job. I’m so happy that I don’t have to deal with those creepy crawlies anymore!It was easy to book them and they came on time. I didn’t even have to leave my room while they did their thing so I could still work while they sprayed.Services: Rodent extermination

I had a cockroach and termite problem that other companies were not able to solve, but Eastern was able to get rid of them completely! They were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. I am so glad that I do not have to see cockroaches walking around at night and termites flying inside the house. Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time. I did not have to move out of my room while they were treating the house so I could keep working while they treated
