I have been going to this spa for years and have purchased many gift cards for myself and friends. I stopped by to make an appointment and the building is empty. There was no notification that they were closing and no forwarding contact information. There are also several reviews on Yelp with similar experiences. They just bounced with their client's money. Shady and really disappointing.

Very disappointed with Dtox mobile services. Communication was poor, professionalism was lacking and there were serious issues with payments. I would not recommend based on my experience.

I had best facial ever with Svitlana in Dtox spa . I enjoyed every minute and my skin revealed radiant ,hydrated ,clean .Svitlana very kind and pleasant to talk , she recommended oxygen facial which was so relaxing and nourishing . After treatment I unwinded in the spa , used sauna and steam room . Beautiful place and incredible facial . Looking forward to go back soon !

It was my first time booking a service here and it was incredible! The staff is very attentive in ensuring you are having a great experience. I booked a buccal massage with Mariam and she was amazing! Very caring and focused on my problem area. My body felt relaxed at the end and I felt the difference right away. It’s well worth it!!

Absolutely amazing experience. Staff are incredibly kind and the masseuse I went with, Scott, is talented beyond words. You can tell their staff are invested in true healing! Can’t wait to go back.

Initially had a massage booked a couple weeks ago but needed to cancel. We were told since we already paid in full we could reschedule for another day. However when left today they said there was an extra 40 dollar fee now associated. Not great. To be honest the space inside was not clean, visble cookware laying aroundnthe front desk, durning the massage we could hear someone rolling a cart around outside of our door, curtains that didnt close, and uncomfortable seating in the waiting area. Once the massage was done the therapist slipped the locker key on my finger which felt weird.

I just had the best facial of my life with Svetlana! I had initially booked an acne facial, but after reviewing my skin she recommended the Eminence instead. She also gave me a neck and hand massage. My skin is typically very sensitive and this is the first facial I have ever had where I was comfortable the entire time. She still assisted with extractions as well! I'll definitely be coming back.
