I really don’t get why this place has bad reviews. I got there two minutes before my appointment and was taken care of right away.
Service was quick despite I have a LOT of hair.
Valerie did my hair and I loved it.
I’ve been coming here since July and everyone has always gone out of their way to be so kind and wonderful. I have really thick hair and long extensions, sometimes it takes a while bevause of this. Anyone that has done my hair has always taken their time and made sure my hair is perfect before I walk out. I’ve never had a bad experience. Very grateful.
They’re always 20 minutes behind. I’ve had good experiences as far as blow outs but its like they have no regard for customers or their appointments.
They also dont bother to communicate it, they just expect you to wait. Its honestly the most unprofessional hair bar.
If you come, always ask if they’re gonna see you in time because having to wait 45 minutes is just ridiculous!!! Not even staffed accordingly.
