She always listens to my concerns and reassures me and it comes out perfect/natural without fail every single time. i use dr. refresh's cold plunge once a week --- i do both resistance training and jiu jitsu practically every day, and since being introduced to the cold plunge it has become a vital and necessary component of my health and wellness practice. the benefits both short-term (inflammation reduction, dopamine boost) and long-term (strengthening of my immune system, etc.) have been exemplary.
