Dr. Fred is an excellent doctor! I started going to him for acupuncture and help with my neck pain and overall health. He is very kind and will go off of what your body needs, which I love. He is helping me with my keloid pain currently and I'm so glad that I found him!

I don't even know where to start... Dr. FRED IS F**KING AMAZING. After falling off with my acupuncture regimen due to moving & the covid pandemic, I finally started looking for a new acupuncturist and stumbled across Dr. Fred's website. One of the best stumbles of my life. I initially went to see him for chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain. My neck pain was so severe, I experienced immense nausea and insomnia. After a few sessions of dry needling, my pain level went down 85%. Dr. Fred is a miracle worker. Regular doctors just want to prescribe you medications to mask the pain with no solutions or healing. Dr. Fred is so knowledgeable, detailed, empathetic, compassionate & passionate about healing folks so they can live their lives pain free. He makes you feel comfortable with whatever issue he is treating you for and it helps that he has an awesome sense of humor and really cares. I've been under his care for 5 or 6 months now and my health both physically and mentally has been so much better. I feel light and amazing. Every treatment session is a journey with him & I love that journey I'm on being one of his patients. Please don't think twice when you are wondering if you should book an appointment. Your life will change drastically for the better.

Been coming to Dr. Fred for the better part of a year to work on some chronic pain caused by upper cervical tension. He's a skilled practitioner who's helped to release a lot of the knotted up fascia at the root of my pain. He listens to your concerns and adjusts his treatment to address your needs. Dr Fred is amazing! Came here to try acupuncture for the first time after a small car accident and it really helped me with back pain. He always makes sure to explain what he is doing, always professional. I enjoy coming here and trying traditional alternative treatments like cupping and gua sha. Dr. Ragsdale is a kind, attentive, and caring practitioner who takes the time to really listen and tailor treatments just for you. He's been helping me work through some undefinable pain issues I've been having and I'm grateful for his expertise and guidance. I started coming in to see Dr. Ragsdale for my chronic neck/shoulder pain caused by daily desk job position and bad posture. It's been a tremendous help in pain relief and I happily schedule to see him regularly as part of my pain management. I always feel so relaxed after and just have a better overall feeling after my visit. He also makes an extra effort in making sure you are comfortable and talks you through the treatment. Dr Fred ... Amazing practitioner, He cares more of his patients' health and wellness and less of their insurance plans and money. I went to him for chronic neck and shoulder pain, he did Trigger point needling, acupuncture, and cupping. I feel so much better, pain has subsided, and I feel great.

Being a former college football player my body can be a mess at times. I started going to Dr. Fred for my back pain. It was my first time getting acupuncture but he made sure to fully explain the process which let me know I was in the right hands. He is very knowledgeable and is great at listening to your issues and coming up with a plan of action. I've had significantly less back issues since starting with Dr. Fred and have gotten more out of my workouts. I'd suggest Dr. Fred to anyone looking for the best acupuncturist in LA!
