I had a pair of trousers with a tiny little hole in the pant leg. I could have 1) thrown them out, 2) taken them to Goodwill, or 3) have someone reweave the pants. Because I liked the pants, and fixing the problem would have been more cost effective than buying a new pair, I looked for someone who could make that tiny hole disappear. This was a tall order. Reweaving is a dying art. An excess piece of fabric is taken from one part of the garment and then sewn into the hole. It's time consuming and, since not many people do it nowadays, expensive. This was the first time using a reweaving service. I was blown away by the results. My trousers look brand new as if I never damaged them. If you have a garment with a hole that you don't want to throw out, give Door to Door a call! They are now my go to for reweaving.

I don't often write reviews, but I had such a positive experience with Door to Door that I highly suggest others use them! I originally took my wedding dress to a different local Brentwood dry cleaners to get cleaned after my wedding. I was disappointed to be told after paying hundreds for getting my dress cleaned that there were a handful of stains they were unable to get out. My friend then referred me to Door to Door for a second opinion so I went to the Brentwood location. I dropped off my dress with Ann and she said she would call in the next couple days if they were able to get the remaining stains out. I was so happy when Yosr, the manager, called me a couple days later that they were easily able to get the stains out!! I went to see the dress today and was so happy with the results as the dress looks good as new! Yosr and Ann have been so lovely through this whole process and I am so happy I found this dry cleaners! They were extremely accommodating and quick with their turn around time. I will definitely only be using them in the future for all my dry cleaning needs!

Ann is amazing. I lost a DIAMOND ring. It was very sentimental to me. The truth is I was angry at the person who gave me this ring and must have taken it off and stuffed it in a pocket. I was thinking about that ring recently and was very bothered that I couldn't find it. I never would have thought in a million years that I could have left it in a jacket that I sent to the dry cleaners. But Ann, who KNOWS EVERYONE BY NAME WHO DROPS OFF CLOTHES THERE, REMEMBERED ME. And when i walked in today she said, oh is this ring yours? I was dumbstruck. It was so so honest. She easily could have kept that ring. I would have never thought that I would have left it in a pocket and then taken the clothing item to the dry cleaners!!! Ann is not only the most polite woman, who remembers people's names and orders, but she is the MOST HONEST as well. Thank you Ann. Thank you Door to Door.
