Don Brooks, the owner / founder is egocentric and doesn't give a "bleep" about his customer's. He only cares about the money. I understand it's about maximizing profit but have some decency and get a training in customer service!I had bought a package of 10 training sessions. I redeemed my first 5 weeks before the expiration date. Then I had an injury which I had proof of. The fine print on the package said that as long as you redeem the first before the expiration date, the rest never expires. Then, he refused to honor my second class after I drove an hour to his studio at 7am. He said, I couldn't use the other 9 sessions left because they expired. He didn't stress this...read full review

Don kicks your a*** and he makes you laugh while doing it. He obviously trains many famous people, and that's why many tourists and all kinds of people would often take pictures or glance in. That sure can be weird, but it's funny in a way. Music is fantastic , and he never wastes time. He kicks my butt into a new gear and I love it!
