DM team has accommodated to every nitpick customizations and requests. We had came in second and third round to get the dream ring right. And they were always friendly and respectful. Highly recommend!
A long time ago we went and picked out a pretty wedding ring. It had a row of small diamonds and two rows of rubies on either side. Karen loved it and wore it proudly whether going to work or into the museums in Manhattan.
Forty plus years later, I began thinking that it was time to retire the old ring and get an upgraded wedding ring.
Looking through the D.M. website I found what was good starting point, a three round stone ring.
Waiting for the year-end Holidays to pass, then Valentine’s Day to be over, I was then able to put my order in. Dino was very helpful as always and confirmed that the side stones needed to be rubies.
