I’ve been to several medical spas in both Korea and the U.S., and to be honest, many of the ones I visited in the U.S. were quite disappointing compared to Korea—especially in terms of service, treatment quality, and pricing. However, this place was one of the few that met the level I experienced in Korea. The staff are all very friendly and took the time to clearly explain what my skin currently needs, recommending treatments accordingly. I also really appreciated that they were honest about what I didn’t need and were willing to advise against certain treatments, which made me trust them even more. I had been wanting to try the “density” treatment, which is currently very popular in Korea, and I learned that this is one of the few places in LA that offers it. That gave me even more confidence in their services. I’ve visited four times so far, and I plan to keep coming back. This will likely be my go-to clinic in LA.

I had such an amazing experience at Dermaster and couldn’t recommend them more highly. I went in for Potenza with PDRN followed by the RE20 injection, and from start to finish everything exceeded my expectations.
Christine did an incredible job walking me through the procedures and explaining the different products in a way that was clear, thorough, and easy to understand.
Most importantly, Nurse Surin was absolutely exceptional. This was my first time ever getting Potenza and an injection, and I was definitely nervous, but she made the entire experience so comfortable. She constantly checked in with me, made sure I was okay every step of the way, and executed everything so professionally and smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I trust her wholeheartedly and truly cannot recommend her enough.
On top of that, the space itself is beautiful—very clean, modern, and upscale, which made the whole experience feel even more luxurious.
Overall, an outstanding experience. I’m so glad I came here and will definitely be returning!

I recently got Re2O, Density, and Skin Botox treatments and I’m very happy with the results.Christine was very helpful during the consultation and recommended treatments that were perfect for my skin. Chan joo RN did my treatments and she was amazing. She was very gentle and made the whole process comfortable and almost painless.
The clinic is so clean, the staffs are very friendly and professional, and the whole experience was smooth.Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality skin treatments in LA!

Overall the clinic seemed clean and the staffs were nice, but there were a few things that made me feel uneasy about the hygiene, transparency, and safety.
During the consultation, the staff member took a brand new bottle of skin booster out of the packaging box and handled it while showing it to me. I’m not sure if her hands were sanitized, and I didn’t quite understand why it needed to be taken out and handled like that. I assume it might have been to show that the product was authentic, but it still felt unnecessary.
However, when it was time for the actual treatment, I wasn’t shown what product was being used. The bottle or label wasn’t shown to me, and I also didn’t see the skin booster being drawn into the syringe. It seemed like everything was prepared while I was washing my face and getting ready for the injections. Because of that, I couldn’t really confirm whether the same bottle that had been handled earlier was used (Unhygienic. What if it causes infection?), whether the product was authentic, or whether the correct amount was drawn into the syringe. That lack of transparency made me feel uncomfortable.
The same applies to Botox treatments. Usually clinics show the name of the Botox product and the vial before injection, but that didn’t happen here. As a client, it’s difficult to know whether the exact product I payed for or a cheaper alternative is being used if it’s not shown.
Another thing that bothered me was that the post-treatment precautions weren’t explained beforehand. I would have expected the clinic to explain things like aftercare or precautions before the procedure, but they were only mentioned after I asked about them during the treatment. Because of that, I felt like I wasn’t properly informed in advance about the procedure I was receiving.
And here’s the WORST part. One of the nurses (I don’t know her name) seemed very rushed every time she performed the procedure. At one point, a long cannula was inserted into my face, and the nurse briefly let go of the syringe while attending to other items on the tray. ***While she was doing that, the long cannula remained inserted across my cheek, and the syringe was left hanging.*** Some of the solution even dripped down onto my face. (What a waste!) It was honestly a TERRIBLE moment.
I understand that clinics can be busy, but it made me wonder whether the procedure could have been done more calmly and carefully, even if it took a couple more minutes. Even if it added only a few minutes, I would have much preferred a more careful and attentive process. If the procedure requires handling multiple tools at once, it might also be safer to have two staff members assisting rather than having one person manage everything alone.
I hope the clinic recognizes that these are medical procedures that can potentially lead to serious complications, and that they should be carried out with a high level of care, safety, and attention.

I visited because my skin had gotten worse from the strong UV exposure in LA. They recommended the Re2O treatment. The procedure was done very carefully, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. My skin texture has improved so much.🌴🌴

Today was my first appointment and I can’t wait to return for the remaining series of my treatment plan. Upon entering, the office was aesthetic and the front desk was both attentive and friendly. Before beginning any treatment, I consulted with Christine and we decided on a treatment plan - she was straightforward and explained everything to make sure I was comfortable. As for treatments, the rooms were clean and cozy. The nurse that performed my procedures was friendly and made sure to explain each step of the process and attentive to my comfort. I highly recommend!

Would give zero stars if I could. They don’t know how to use the laser here. They burned my skin very badly and now I have huge scars on large parts of my face from it. It's way worse than before I got the treatment. They didn't even bother to give me any after care instructions and don’t care about their clients, only about taking as much money from them as they can. Their treatment rooms were also filthy dirty like they never clean it, very unprofessional business. It seems they have many fake good reviews.

I came here for my first Ulthera treatment and I could not be happier with my experience. The clinic is located in the Shinhan Bank building on the 3rd floor. The place is clean, and the staff greeted me right away. I shared my concerns about saggy skin under my chin and wanting more jawline lift and definition, and the consultant Christine recommended Ulthera, which they specialize in. She explained everything clearly beforehand, including the shot count they would be using for me.
My nurse Surin was so sweet and gentle. She made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous, since I had heard Ulthera could be painful. With the numbing cream it honestly just felt like tiny finger snaps on my face, much less than microneedling.
The whole process, including numbing, the treatment, a little lifting Botox under the chin, and a collagen mask, took about an hour. It was so quick, and I could already see a difference right away. They explained that results build even more over 3 to 4 weeks, so I am excited to see continued improvements.
I highly recommend them to anyone considering non-surgical lifting and will definitely be back!
