I had acupuncture (for the first time) with Portia. She reviewed some of the issues I mentioned in the pre-filled forms. Ask me about my reasons for acupuncture. We discussed some issues I had that encouraged me to come to acupuncture. After discussion, She walked me through the process, what I would feel, and where she would poke and why those areas.She then helped me relax (relaxing is foreign to me) in the room by guiding me through breath work, and setting the mood in the room and covered me with a blanket.I surprisingly napped and relaxed. Portia is the best the human and healer in LA. I initially went to her during COVID since I was on my big journey to get pregnant via IVF. I got pregnant on the first try and I feel it was largely due to Portia's help. I kept seeing her the whole pregnancy just to help with stress and all the extra pressure on my body. I consider Portia a friend now and I just can't imagine going through all of that without her.

Cannot recommend highly enough! I've been seeing Portia since 2018. I live with chronic health challenges and Portia's treatments have been truly life changing. Her expertise has helped reduce my joint and muscle pain, fatigue, insomnia, chronic GI upset, migraines and more.
