I am so happy to find Darwin Brown! I love my haircut. I recently stopped coloring my hair to give it a break so I was a bit anxious about getting it cut. Darwin immediately put me at ease! He has the best eye for what your hair wants and he pays attention to the details which make all the difference.
I’m at a stage where I don’t want to spend a lot of time on my hair...it’s such a relief to be able to get it washed, trimmed, and blown out and be out within the hour. Darwin is the best stylist i have EVER had. He listens to exactly what you want and delivers just that but even better. No one has ever blow dried my hair the way i want it (for 15 years despite having tried various of the best stylists in Beverly Hills), perhaps because im very particular, but Darwin is the only stylist that styled my hair more beautifully than I can do. What's more, after I washed and styled my own hair- it blow dried beautifully to the extent that I received many compliments. In my experience- the way your hair styles after your first wash at home is the greatest test for an exceptional cut. So it's not just Darwins expert styling technique alone that is so amazing but its also his cut that is so genius that it allows you to continue styling beautifully and easily on your own. He will be my new person to take care of my hair every 3 months from now on. Yes he's that good. His salon is also incredibly cozy and beautiful with figi water- stuff i normally dont care about but actually does make the whole Darwin experience so therapeutic. He so easy to talk to, so approachable and gentle. Darwin is the best for haircuts and blow drying. I've never had color treatments so can't comment on that but if i ever were to, i trust Darwin with all my hair 100%. So happy i found my person!
CERTIFIED. Darwin is the best in the game, you simply cannot do better. I challenge, nay, I implore you! I've been seeing Darwin for 5+ years, and every haircut is better than the last, the baseline my first haircut with Darwin which was the best haircut of my life. I even moved to SF for 2 years and would plan haircuts around my trips back to LA. You won't be disappointed, look no further!
