I have been seeing Nori for several years for haircuts and color, since he was at his previous salon. He is very kind, patient, and listens to what you want in a hairstyle. I am so happy to have found him! I never have to worry that I will end up with a bad haircut. I have had some hairstylists tell me that a style I was considering would not look good on me and that I should just find something else, but Nori is a talented stylist who finds a way to adapt a style to suit your face and features so it will be flattering. He also shows you how to style it so you can actually recreate the look at home. It's always best to come in with a clear idea of what style you want as well as some photos, but if you are not sure, Nori will help you explore some ideas. I usually get a single process color to cover some gray hair, and he does a great job of matching my natural hair color as well as making subtle changes if I want something a little lighter for summer. He is also honest and will let you know if a color process you are interested in would be worth the cost to try if you are not the type of person who is good about maintaining color. I also really appreciate his laid-back and flexible communication style. If you don't feel like chatting, he will work quietly while you just relax, but if you feel like talking, he's very open and friendly.
