I've always heard of Dara but I finallly had the chance to visit them today. I needed some thread for my collection, so I stopped by and was pleasantly surprised to see a worker sitting at the entrance taking temperature checks and pumps of hand sanitizer before you enter. It certainly makes me feel safer during these AC (After Covid) times. It can be somewhat intimidating when you haven't been here before, but you just ask one of the staff for a particular item you need. I told them I needed a tex-60 100%polyester thread and had swatches to match, and she showed me the thread book of what they had. I went here today to check out their nail supply. I was searching for stone nail file bits. They didn't have them, but they have a lot of cool stuff. Hidden away I did find a reasonably priced drill bit set that consisted of a few styles of diamond bits, and some sanding bands. They do not have a ton of beauty basics such as solvents, tools, containers, and they do not carry acrylics supplies, or much regular nail polish, but where they excel is their nail art supplies and gel polish.
