I’ve been doing yoga for *13 years* and a class I attended recently was quite possibly the *smelliest* and most unpleasant, unclean studio I’ve *ever* been to. The playlist was decent at least. And also, remember if you’re so much as a minute late they’ll shut the door in your face. Very yogic energy ;) Say no to corporate yoga!
This Sam Vicente studio is a bit smaller. Parking is validated for 1.5 hours and is underground. If the parking people give you a slip, make sure to get it stamped by the instructor at check-in. Came for a 12pm yoga sculpt class on a Thursday and it was a packed full class!
I've visited here once, and out of all the CorePower Yoga studios I've seen, this is the smallest one; they only have one bathroom and one shower in the women's changing room.I eagerly signed up for the 12:30 p.m. first-timer Friday C1 class with Judy and found myself in an exclusive one-on-one session, a rare treat. Although I've dabbled in hot yoga, I still consider myself a newbie, having only begun my journey in the summer of 2023.As for parking, the studio offers a 90-minute parking with validation. There is also street parking around the shopping center- just read the signs.
