I wanted to share my positive experience during my recent visit today, April 23, 2025, to your Crenshaw location (90016). This was my second time at this office, and both times the customer service and care have been truly outstanding!
I really appreciate how attentive everyone is, and I was impressed that there were no long wait times. During this visit, you were able to quickly address my needs, from replacing a lens to tightening the arms of my glasses, which had become loose from frequent wear and, admittedly, from trying them on with different head sizes.
