The staff is friendly, competent, and attentive to customer needs, offering excellent service with a welcoming attitude. Customers appreciate the careful handling of delicate fabrics such as silks, cashmere, and linen, as well as the free replacement of broken buttons on laundry shirts. The business is known for delivering exceptional results consistently, with clothes returning looking fresh and new. The location is convenient, and the staff, including knowledgeable managers, go beyond expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. Mrs Kacey and Mrs Blessing were my favorite parts of this experience of a cleaners. Absolutely outstanding place and cleaners they hold this place and job to the standard that no other employee I’ve seen here has!
Excellent, friendly, competent staff ; Ms. Libda exemplifies what great Customer Service is, then goes beyond that! They care about your clothes (& y'all, too!) as if they are their own.
Visited this spot only because there weren't any cleaners located close to where I live in Mid City area. Had to drive short of a mile, it's very friendly, and a bit pricey. But they do a great job with clothing you want delicate care of (Silks, Cashmere, Lenin).
