Yes, new at this and 70 years old (and not so skinny either). So during my 2nd class - I fell in love with it - of course Charlene's class is so doable and that makes me enjoy it even more as a beginner. p.s. The other students were helpful - really positive experience for me!

4.5 As a non-pilates person I was not expecting much of this studio, but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly, studio was cozy with ample equipment, and the instructor Francesca was wonderful. As with any chain with many locations, the quality of the individual studio and instructor 100% determines class quality. Cons- Parking is $4 there is no street parking option. The free "intro class" is a 30 min explanation of how to use the reformer, not an actual class. Good for beginners.
