As a member of American Home Shield, I recently found myself in a situation where I detected the smell of burning wires, accompanied by smoke emerging from an outlet. Without delay, I submitted a service request, which was promptly assigned to City First Electric. To my surprise and relief, they were able to schedule a visit within three business days, a response time that exceeded my expectations. Although the technician arrived outside the scheduled timeframe, any initial disappointment was quickly overshadowed by his professionalism and expertise. The only reason I'm giving them four stars instead of five is because they are so busy that getting an appointment is hard so you have to wait awhile to get them. Other than that they are polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Legit everything you could want from a company!
