Even just a few sessions have given me so much relief from my neck and back pain. Roz is a fantastic acupuncturist, she’s very knowledgeable and thorough and always puts me at ease. Cupping and gua sha with Nirada also felt great. I work a physical job so I’m definitely going to continue coming here for routine maintenance. By far the best experience I’ve had with acupuncture and well worth the price!

Christina is the best massage therapist I have ever known. She has improved my life and mobility in a way that has changed how my week goes afterwards. Instead of walking out feeling sore, I feel actually energized. I had a left hand that was in chronic pain for a solid year. My last massage therapist worked on it all the time and the relief was only temporary. With Christina, after a few months, the pain is totally gone. So extremely grateful to have found her. She is attentive, caring and puts her heart in her work. Absolutely recommend, 100 percent
