I am not an expert Yelp reviewer, but when I know something is special ... I have to share. Honestly, Nacole / Citizen Skin is by far the best Facialist/Esthetician on the West Side! I love her and the space she's created. Beyond being a fabulous and effective Facialist, she's an incredible person. Her studio has such a welcoming vibe, and is such a great addition to our blossoming community. I'm so happy to find her. I'll be a lifer!

Nacole is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to providing you with a tailored experience based on your skin and your needs. She treats you as an individual and performs her treatments with care and patience. My skin is always radiating after a treatment with her. She uses biologique recherche products exclusively, and, while she promotes their use, doesn't push them on you in a sale-sy fashion. I don't often leave reviews, but I felt like I had such a great experience today that I had to let people know about. Nacole is amazing. The facial was calming and soothing and she explained every step of the process for me. I had high expectations and it was everything I had hoped and expected from BR. But what really blew me away is how much time Nacole spent talking me through my at home routine, listening to all my concerns and helping me to make a bespoke treatment plan for my skin.
