She treats you as an individual and performs her treatments with care and patience. My skin is always radiating after a treatment with her. She uses biologique recherche products exclusively, and, while she promotes their use, doesn't push them on you in a sale-sy fashion. I don't often leave reviews, but I felt like I had such a great experience today that I had to let people know about. Nacole is amazing. The facial was calming and soothing and she explained every step of the process for me. I had high expectations and it was everything I had hoped and expected from BR. But what really blew me away is how much time Nacole spent talking me through my at home routine, listening to all my concerns and helping me to make a bespoke treatment plan for my skin. She didn't pressure me to buy anything and even encouraged me to keep using some of the products I already have at home.
