My personal experience during the recruit timeframe was welcome, smooth, and professional with Juan Rubio. Mr Rubio was beyond expectations and on board in addition on top of any paperwork needed. We just finalized the orientation mtg yesterday and a couple hour later i had assignment already, i am so exited for this new opportunity and new chapter of my life and ready to be serving and caring for the children.
I found out about ChildCare Careers at a job fair my school had. So far, this has been the most stress free adjustment to starting a new job. They're very straightforward with what they expect as well as catering to the employee's needs and schedule. That's very rare to find with jobs so it's nice that they work with the employees and are flexible with them. I am grateful to have met Juan Rubio who has been such a helpful recruiter and has made this process very smooth for me. I am excited to start my journey with ChildCare Careers.
