Worst check in service/experience ever! No one can explain why do they have to require customers to sign up and register via vagaro to get in. Inefficient and annoying.

The service here is shiite but it’s a solid spot for the amenities and the price.. The people at the desk are a bit rude and standoffish when you’re checking in. There is a male staff member who comes to “clean” inside but it feels more like he’s watching.. it’s a bit weird.

Amazing place. The staff is incredibly polite. It’s a MUST!!!! The saunas are clean, lots of interesting people to talk with.

Used to be great before social media. The front desk staff has always been rude and it's been a cruising scene in the men's saunas for the past decade.

This is such a great place, not sure what all the rants are about, it's a place to relax, let off some steam, get relief and enjoy some of life's pleasures. The front desk is very welcoming and professional and the patrons are always warm and inviting. My most recent visit included soaking in the tub, relaxing on the patio and a pleasurable release. I highly recommend this spot for a relaxing time, it's great to have a good place to unload your stress and tension.

I've been here several times in the past three years. It's not the newest or friendliest day spa, but it was sufficient. I went again a few weeks ago with my boyfriend. It was his first time going to a KSpa. I was excited for him to experience it, and he was excited for a relaxing Sunday afternoon. To my extreme disappointment, he departed early--why? Because a couple of men happened to be pleasuring themselves in the sauna. I understand staffing is an issue in so many places today, but this spa must monitor these spaces. I didn't think to look at Yelp since I'd gone before, but apparently, this is a problem there, as someone else posted a similar complaint on 7/20. I will not be returning.
