During a time of grief and mourning for a loved one, David was direct, kind, and accommodating to our needs. He promptly answered my phone calls, explained the protocol, and was timely. Cedar Hill Mortuary was very helpful, and I am incredibly thankful for their support.
HORRIBLE. Called about 10 times from 1:30am all the way until 9:30am and no one ever picked up. My family member had to lay in the room deceased until I eventually got another funeral home to pick her up at 12pm later that day! They never once called back or anything! Read all the reviews on yelp first before you use this mortuary home.
Their service is horrible. They took 1 month to give me my mother’s ashes due to them failing to communicate with their own mortuary. If it wasn’t for me and my husband constantly calling them and asking about my mother’s ashes she would probably still be in the freezer. She was refrigerated for 3 weeks.. they stated she would be ready on a Tuesday, I called no answer, called Wednesday no answer until finally on a Thursday they responded and said they had issues with the crematory but she was ready since Wednesday. No apologies no concern. Please use another place. Please
