Worst experience here. When I had just found them over a few yrs ago they were fine I would drop off my dog at a certain hr and will get him back within 2 hrs which I thought was the norm. At that time they had at least 6 diff ppl helping with dog once covid hit it went down to twi helpers the main lady and some other girl with curly hair. Was twice that I tried them again and would drop off my dog at 10 am and wouldn't get him back till 6:30 that was the end of it one day I decided to pop in on then while my dog was still there to find him in one of the stalls tied up by the neck with a fan hitting him. I immediately requested him back nothing had been done to him since 10am, I lost at them bc how is my dog tied by the neck with out supervision what if my dog decided to jump off and no one was around all the girl said was he's been an a oatmeal bath. So your telling me game my dog had bathing in oatmeal since 10 am given it was 6:30 pm already. Never went back considering my I live just down the street. Made the switch immediately to Mobile Grooming and it was the best decision ever . Who knows what these dogs endure here. Not professional at all.

Bottom barrel service. Disgusting service. Demonic and vile service. The way my dad was disrespected today out of the blue is insane! The girl at the front desk even tried to create a scenario as if he was being irate when she was blatantly disrespecting him. He was calm, cool, and collected. My dad even went outside to speak to a friend of mine whose dog has been there for several hours as well. While talking to my friend outside, the girl locked them out. We dropped off my dog at 10:30 AM this morning and it is now 8:20 PM. I still do not have my dog yet. Hopefully he is OK. He hasn't been walked or fed all day. And now the girl has said the price at over $60. When we first started going there, the price was $40. They have no official website. I am in my right mind to contact the police to have their business investigated.

I'm never taking my dog here again. My dog came back with fleas. Her ear was cut when I picked her up, once. The customer service is alright but not great, but at least she comes back clean and groomed.

They did an excellent job on my little Maltese mix. Prices super reasonable. Great experience.

I went to pick my dog up after almost 10 hours since drop off, and while I waited for my dog to be given to me I saw a second lady in the back yank on a puppy husky. I can't imagine what they'd be willing to do if there weren't people around. My experience there was awful, but this review isn't to shine the light on that, it's the mistreatment I saw. Do not bring your pets here if you worry about a strangers handling your babies with anything short of love and care.

I took both my mixed Poodles and when I say they did a beautiful job omg I was so happy. It's was raining that day so they gave both my dogs a shirt and a rain jacket. They also help me to my car
