I recently brought my older vacuum in for repair, it was a good experience overall. The staff greeted me right away and took the time to explain my options, parts and timeframe. The repair was completed within a few days and my vacuum is working much better now. The shop also has a nice selection of machines, so I browsed around for a possible upgrade. The only hiccup was communication. I had to call once to confirm the pickup date. I’m sure they were busy but it caused a small delay. Still for the price and the level of expertise I feel like I got great value.

I’ve gone here for years for bags, but I also went for a vacuum cleaner and they had exactly what I wanted. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. I love the neighborhood business feel — so much better than big box stores. Highly recommend!

The man who fixed my cord my dog chewed up was amazing he gave me a fair estimate and replaced the cord. I was happy because I only had it 2 months practically brand new and was expensive. Great customer service awesome store. Mrs.Ervin
