The best reviews are usually the ones no one asks for — and the ones written after care is complete.
I usually wait to write review until after my visits are complete, but after my very first appointment with Dr. Noor, I knew I would eventually be writing this.
Dr. Noor is not only exceptionally knowledgeable — he is a genuinely kind human being. That matters more than people realize when you are in pain and unsure of what comes next.
From the moment you walk in:
*You are greeted warmly at the front desk. *The space feels welcoming. *You see patients of all ages and backgrounds. *Everyone is treated with the same care and respect.
I came to Dr. Noor after a car accident with:
*Five bulging discs *A bruised tendon in my dominant right arm
When I arrived, I could not imagine how I was going to get better.
In December, I couldn’t write or type with my right hand. I am in the middle of a doctoral program. I genuinely wondered if I would have to sit out a semester.
You don’t typically think of a chiropractor for hand rehabilitation.
But every single appointment, Dr. Noor took intentional care of my wrist and hand — using cryotherapy and precise adjustments to help restore function. By late January, my hand was working again.
No more pain.
The bulging discs have been a longer process. But I have now stopped taking pain medication. That is not something I say lightly.
If you are reading this and wondering:
*“Am I in the right place?” *“Is this the right doctor?” *“Will this actually get better?”
Trust the process. It does.
Other helpful details:
*Plenty of free street parking on Santa Monica Blvd. *Massage chairs in the office (I never used them, but they’re there!) *Occasionally, the most adorable teddy-bear-looking dog is in the office. *And please — be kind to the absolute sweetest woman at the front desk.
After experiencing back pain firsthand, I have deep empathy for anyone navigating it. And every single time someone tells me they’re struggling, I will recommend Dr. Noor.
You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Arash Noor is an excellent chiropractor. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and truly takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly and treat you accordingly. I’m noticing real improvement in my pain and mobility after just a few visits. The office is clean, welcoming, and the overall experience is always great. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service every time you call it rings and rings, then goes to voicemail.

Dr Arash Noor, is the best of the best! He’s also a nice guy, who genuinely cares about his patients. I’m a chiropractor and I go to see him when I’m in pain. The shockwave treatment for me was a game-changer. I had tried various treatment modalities for chronic knee pain I’ve had for over 10 years, nothing worked. I couldn’t sleep without pain. After 5 weeks of shockwave treatment, my pain is gone. I highly recommend his clinic. Dr Eric.

It is not worth it. Unfortunately, they say the session is 45 min, but it was less than that. I went in for less than 30 min, and the first 15 min was just the device... The session was shorter, and it charged me 150$ for nothing! As I had much higher expectations, I was actually sad!

This is a fake! Everyone has 5 stars for what? I have seen him six -seven times. He has spent a total of 10 minutes at the most working on me combined! Puts tens unit on you for 15 minutes as the table bends down and up while your face smashes the table then he turns you let and right and he has not cracked my back yet! Now I know he is fake and everyone there is too. He is no Doctor that’s for sure going warn the VA about this fake!

Had two sessions here for neck pain, and it provided temporary relief but didn't seem to address the root issue (ended up going to PT instead).I wasn't a huge fan of the style of care here; it felt like I was being rushed through in an attempt to get as many patients through every day as possible. I didn't get the sense that the doctor truly listened to the specifics of my injury to tailor a specific approach for me. I ultimately needed PT but the doctor never mentioned that. That said, they def get you in and out quickly with at least some temporary relief.
