My dogs usually get nervous or timid after visiting other grooming shops, but after coming here, they look so much more relaxed and comfortable.

I’ve been bringing my dog, Teddy, here for a year now and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They always leave him looking absolutely perfect, and you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they groom. The owner is kind, attentive, and welcoming. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer in LA!

Very rude…. The previous owners were a lot better. I traveled from my work to come bring my pup in on break after she confirm my appointment. She refuse service after I left my office.

I would HIGHLY recommend you NOT TO TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! They have recently changed owners and they do not provide ANY kind of care for your animal. Our dog had been going here for years for grooming without any worry. We recently took her back but unbeknownst to us, they had changed ownership. When we picked up our dog, she was cut, scraped, and was traumatized. SHE IS BLEEDING FROM THE NECK!!! They also clipped one of her nails so short that they cut the nerve and she has been in pain for days since coming home. Not to mention after further review on YELP, it seems our opinion is validated about the problems of the new ownership. PLEASE BE WARNED, they are only about the money here now and do not care about the well being of your dog. Take your dog elsewhere. Plain and simple this place should be shut down.

The worst!!! My worst night mare was bringing my dog here to the new owners I didn't know they had new owners my dog came back completely shaved and was cut and hurt on his private parts and not only that but when I came to pick up my dog they got confused and they were giving me someone else's dog I hate it here please pls pls don't bring your dogs here I used To love love and highly recommend the old owners they were the sweetest groomers ever now all I can say about the new owners is they are the worse and I would love all of us who had a bad experience with these new owners to team up and make sure we stop or even see a way they can close there shop before they keep hurting other dogs ‼‼‼

THEY CHANGED OWNERSHIP. DO NOT COME HERE!! THEY LOSE PETS AND OFFER NO HELP!!! Have been coming here for about 3 years prior to the lady leaving, and if you're a regular, you'll KNOW your pet would get 5 star treatment because the owner loved and cared for every pet that she and her team groomed. I received a text that my dog was ready for pick up and upon arriving, the man working there hands me a dog that's not mine. I let him know and he quickly got upset at ME for not taking some random dog? I started freaking out calling for my dog and when he was no where to be found, I Started circling the block and trying to see if he had escaped. He never offered help, didn't ask me anything, NOTHING. I figured since he was giving me another dog maybe mine had gotten picked up by someone else. The previous owner would always let the dogs roam in the enclosed pen because she knew her customers, but the new management has piled cages with no way to identify individual dogs. It quickly turned hectic as I wanted answers and you would think the man in charge would start calling people that had picked up their pets to verify they had the right dog, but no. All he did was sit down. Again, offered no resolution. I had to take it upon MYSELF to call each person on his list and ask if they had the right dog. Turns out that the man had forced MY dog, onto a Spanish speaking customer, who was asked by her son to pick up his dog. She had an inclination she might've had the wrong dog and when she tried to express that, the owner told her to basically take the pet and pay or get out. Her English was limited so she took my dog. She was located in Crenshaw so I had to drive to her with her son's dog to exchange pets. Listen, I completely understand mistakes happen. But I would've been more understanding if 1. He would've handled the entire situation instead of leaving it to me, a freaked out woman in search for her pet, to handle the situation 2. If he would've at LEAST apologized but all he did was sit down and see me frantically call everyone. When I left, he didn't tell me a single thing!!! 3. If he had a proper organization of the pets, not have up to 3 dogs in a single cage. It was such a traumatic day, for no reason. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here !!! I appreciate everyone who called/ texted after asking me if I had found my pet or if I was okay. They were more of a help than this owner was.

HORRIBLE. I used to bring my dog here so often the prior owner recognized my dogs kept them out to social with others and my dogs were not afraid. They have a new owner and she’s no longer there, dogs are caged no water, they don’t even know who you are or who is scheduled. They do a horrible job and don’t care about your pets. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE. They are running the business to the ground such a shame.
