I can honestly say my experience at Bliss Recovery has been life-changing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond, but I especially want to recognize Pierre for his attention to all the varrying client needs. He has a way of connecting with anyone and everyone, and you can tell he truly cares about the people here and the environment he helps create.

The experience itself was incredible. The food was great, the views and sunsets were beautiful, and both the Creston House and Durand House created a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere that made it easier to focus on healing and growth. The pools and overall environment helped bring a sense of calm during a difficult but important chapter of life.

What stood out most to me, though, was the deeper level of emotional support and accountability. This wasn’t just a place to detox or “get through” treatment — the staff truly dives in to make sure you’re mentally, emotionally, and physically doing okay while also pushing you to stay on the right track. They provide real care, guidance, and structure while helping you build a solid foundation moving forward.

I also really appreciated how much effort they put into aftercare and continuing support. They don’t just send you on your way after treatment — they actively help connect you with sober living, PHP, IOP, and other programs or resources needed to continue recovery successfully.

I’m genuinely grateful for my time at Bliss Recovery and for the people there who helped me during one of the most important transitions of my life.

I've been to several treatment centers in the past & for the first time in a very long time I have hope for my future. The staff is super amazing & genuinely cares about helping you get to the root of why/wat keeps making you relapse.
The staff that comes in to do group whole heartedly cares, anyone of the staff members including the facilitators really make you feel like you belong somewhere especially when you haven't felt like you belonged anywhere since your parents passed away. The owner, took the time to spend the day with us and ask what we wanna do in our futures and I now know I really do want to be a counselor to work with women.
I now have genuine/real friends. I've been using meth for a while & started using fetty, the people that work here make it possible to see a future without drugs. An outsider looking would think this place probably isn't for them because of how nice these houses are but im telling you when you start to feel like you actually belong somewhere you'll throw the towel in and surrender, you'll find your tribe & it doesn't end when you leave this house because we switch over to sober living GIVE THIS PLACE A SHOT YOU'LL 4EVER BE THANKFUL

Excellent wonderful place to be extra luxurious had a wonderful time. My recovery is beginning but I know that this place is a staple in that and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to come 1900 miles all the way from Atlanta to get this process done. I’m so proud of myself. I’m proud of the staff. Pierre is a breath of fresh air made my experience wonderful and I would refer this place to anybody who’s looking for a milestone in recovery

Wow.... How do I even begin? I can't think of a word in the English dictionary to describe the amount of care, love, and support I have received at this beautiful place of recovery. The moment I stepped through these doors they allowed me to feel safe, supported and TRULY cared about. Not only do they have the professionalism to treat you as a patient 24/7 and available to your needs any time day or night they have the passion to be compassionate about treating you like a PERSON! I feel so blessed and inspired each and EVERY DAY to continue my journey to a beautiful sober life. I would also like to give special recognition to our program director Pierre for taking the time to make me feel so important and BEAUTIFUL lately. Pierre, the constant outpouring of love you show EACH and EVERY ONE OF US how much we are loved EVERY SINGLE TIME you see us! Your spirit is so beautiful and genuine that you have helped me feel what love feels like again and my self esteem has radiated with the confidence you make me believe in! The whole staff, as well as the the owners truly believe in giving you life again. I will FOREVER be grateful to all you for helping on my journey to remain sober and helping FEEL LIFE AGAIN! If you want to change your life, become sober, and live life in recovery then Bliss is the best place to Start!!! Everyone is so nice, they absolutely make sure you have Anything you need. From the moment you get here, the intake was smooth and easy. All of the staff are so Welcoming, and easy to talk to and get along with. You actually feel like your just hanging out with friends you've known your whole life. Tim really went above and beyond to make sure we got here safely and that we had a chance to stay and start fresh. Pierre always went that extra mile (literally) for every day to day needs, driving to and from appointments, to the outings, he truly makes you feel like your a part of the Bliss Family. Adrian, Nikki, Mark, Joey, Dre, Ashley, All of the Chefs(Savok,Denise,and Tony) I know I'm forgetting a few but y'all truly made our stay incredible and unforgettable to the extent that you really don't want to leave to go to the next phase of life. It's truly a luxury detox, it feels like your in a resort. The view is beautiful from the city skyline to seeing the Hollywood sign from your back yard balcony. If your thinking about starting fresh in life the this is the place to do it at. You will not be disappointed. We love all you and thank you from the bottom of our heart!!!

This place actually has people who care. Starting with Gary, Rich, Tim, Dre, Adrian. A special thanks to Deion and Chef Tony. I also want to thank Pierre. This place and these people make the experience as comfortable as possible. Great place with better people.

Unfortunately, I have been to rehab a couple of times at different facilities. However, Bliss Recovery is hands down the best facility that I have been to by a long shot. I haven't met the owners of any of the other facilities but the owners here actually take the time to get to know you and schedule programs around every person's individual needs. I was literally able to text the owners at anytime and they would respond right away. The techs also go out of their way to accommodate any special needs, get you anything that you might need, and make you as comfortable as possible. You get to live in a mansion in the Hollywood Hills, they take you on outings regularly such as Universal Studios, City Tours, etc. and you get 3 delicious meals cooked by a personal chef everyday. You can tell that they aren’t just in it for the money. Everyone genuinely cares for you and is willing to do whatever it takes to get you sober, on your feet, and keep you on your feet. Outside of the normal programs, the staff will just hang out with you and talk to you about their experiences, joke around with you(if you want) to take the edge off, and just make you feel like family. They went above and beyond for me and I have more confidence in my sobriety now than I have ever had before. A huge Thank You to the Bliss Team!
