I’m extremely happy with the care my cats, Eva and Julian, receive at this veterinary clinic. I take them here for all their treatments, including vaccinations and their sterilization procedures, and everything has always gone wonderfully. They recovered very quickly and were treated with so much care.
Everyone at the clinic is transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind—from the reception staff to the doctors. The veterinarians are gentle, caring, and very attentive with the animals, and they always take the time to explain everything clearly. Their prices are fair and straightforward, with no surprises.
I truly recommend this clinic 100%. I’m very grateful and feel very confident bringing my pets here.

I absolutely love this clinic! We moved to DTLA a year ago and we have three fur babies that I needed to find a good honest and affordable vet for since everything you do is times three. So happy to have found Be Well. Extremely affordable, honest, and gives treatment options that work with your budget. Highly recommend!

No nonsense vet! We went to BeWell on a friend’s rec and so glad we did because the vet does a great job without charging an arm and a leg. So grateful for what they provide for the community. We’ve brought two of our cats here - one for allergies and another for chipping.

    I hate the receptionist lady.
She is such a lasher all the time and she doesn't listen to me and she hung up the phone even when I was still talking.
Every time they hold a phone and don't take the time to talk.
    No professional at all!!!

I absolutely love this place. The front office staff, the Vet Techs and Dr Park are amazing. They are compassionate and take such great care of all my pets and street cats. I do TNR and, between my colony of street cats and my own pets (dogs and cats), I have brought over a dozen animals here for various things from illness to dental surgeries to spay/neuter to routine exams. In past years (prior to BeWell opening) I had been to numerous other local Vets but they were dirty, seriously lacking in compassion, they severely overcharged, and pretty much bully you into getting unnecessary tests/medications. BeWell doesn't do that. They work with you and are straightforward with what is necessary. They truly go above and beyond for pets and their owners alike. Even my pets seem relaxed at BeWell because it's just such a calming environment and you can feel the genuine warmth and love from the staff. I won't go anywhere else.

I am truly amazed at the audacity from this place! They attack clients for sharing their real experience and make assumptions about financial hardships when you question unnecessary procedures they offer. I took my daughter’s cat for a blocked urethra on a Friday and as I am not a vet I was not aware this is normally treated with a minimum 3 day hospitalization. The staff here said they would check with their incompetent vet and informed me they would be able to treat him. At the time, relieved that they would be able to help him, they informed me they can unblock him. They unblocked him and told me if he does not urinate on his own I should take him to a hospital and ask for a slow drip IV as he would need his kidneys flushed and they could not keep him overnight, we even spoke of the possibility of having it done on Monday if he improves. To my horror the cat was worse than when i took him in and I rushed him to the ER. Once there an actual vet was horrified to find out someone would remove the catheter and send him home in this condition! Unfortunately the cat had to be euthanized as his kidneys were too damaged and there was no guarantee for improvement. When my wife, naturally upset over this traumatic experience attempted to get more information about the occurrence she was gas lit by Dr. Park who now explained that I was told to go to the ER and due to my financial situation I denied this “medical advice” and they decided to help the poor by charging us $963 and take us in with their busy schedule 15 minutes after opening. I normally don’t do reviews, however when being bullied I will stand my ground and give my truth. Why would someone pay such a large amount of money if they were aware that you would need to go right to an ER after. ER’s are not cheap and it is just plain stupid to get a minor treatment at a clinic and then go to an ER. If this was strongly suggested why wouldn’t I save the cat unnecessary suffering and myself money by just going to the place where he will be cured! Now instead of mourning i have to defend my self on the internet against petty predatory hustlers.
