About Beverly Hot Springs
Beverly Hot Springs is a well-known Korean spa in LA that offers various treatments, including body scrubs and mineral baths. The spa has a clean and quiet setting, with dim lighting that creates a peaceful atmosphere. Guests can relax in the hot mineral bath, steam room, and sauna, then enjoy a soothing experience. The staff is friendly, and the water is described as slippery and moisturizing, making it easy to unwind. The spa also features two hours of use along with parking, and visitors can call ahead to reserve a scrub or massage. The place is typically slow and quiet, which adds to the relaxing environment. While some minor service issues may occur, the overall experience is enjoyable, making Beverly Hot Springs a great spot to relax and recharge.
Pretty good but with a little finesse it could be 5 stars. Massage was great but in the spa area there were just some things that if improved could put a more luxury vibe to the spot. Locker room clean but nothing but benches. Add some nicer seats and an infused water dispenser would be a big improvement. The showers are fine but the dispensers for soap and things are just big 1 gallon with a pump on top, but if there was a nicer dispenser or even a smaller container. Even the men’s shaving area just needs a little more to it and the experience would elevate. Just needs a little more put into it. Also the main sling water spa was only half full which seemed really weird.
Recommended Beverly Hot Springs to a client couple relocating from New York after closing on a property in Hancock Park. They loved it — the natural hot mineral springs are genuinely therapeutic and the Korean spa experience is unlike anything else in LA. The facilities are well-maintained and the treatments are excellent value for the quality. It has been a neighborhood institution for decades and perfectly reflects the eclectic, health-conscious culture of the mid-city area. A wonderful discovery for new residents exploring the neighborhood.
Hot mineral water soaks improve my health greatly, so I gave this spot a try, and I loved it. I feel the same health improvements I feel at more rustic places like Murrieta Hot Springs. I was there at opening on a Saturday, the place was not crowded and was clean. I love the hot and cold water pools and will be returning.
