Mike is very professional, communicative and great at what he does. My wool rugs look amazing! He spent over an hour on two (one Moroccan and the other Persian) and accommodated me by cleaning them on concrete outside on tarps because my daughter was home sick. They smell so fresh, non-toxic and look so clean. Only have a pic of one because I’m storing the other in plastic wrap.
Great communication and really thorough cleaning. There were a number of stains that I thought would be permanent and the carpet looks brand new. Will definitely be coming back in the future!
