Buyer beware of this business. After receiving product that is Counterfeit or diluted and having contacted view email, messenger, and attempting via phone there has been no response. I will now contact credit card company to dispute the charges since I have not received authentic product. This business does not return emails, DMs, or even offer the option to leave a voice message nor do they actually have a person answering phones.

Beauty plus , Minus customer service. I was in a line alone waiting for the lady behind the counter to get off her VERY IMPORTANT phone call - ask me if she did because she did not. After waiting 5 minutes , I decided I was not going to prioritize or patronize a business who couldn't care less about my time, not worth it.

This is for the salon in the back. I asked the lady for a trim at the ends and she completely chopped my hair off. I dont recommend getting your hair cut here or a trim. No empathy on how long it took me to grow my hair and for her to do that.
