I had a great experience at Beautified this weekend when I went in for Morpheus 8. Faridah was extremely lovely and I had such a great time chatting with her. I was able to walk through my problem areas with her and she made sure to target those spots as we did the treatment. I'm looking forward to going back for more treatments and would definitely recommend Beautified to others!

Loving my results after my 1st session. I Highly recommend the Morpheus 8 for anyone who has lost weight and is interested in tightening up any loose or sagging skin. I would also like to thank The Nurse practitioner and her lovely assistant for such a wonderful experience. Looking forward to my second session.

Well, you get what you paid for. The Morpheus8 special is a deal. I wanted to be happy walking out as I was excited walking in. Unfortunately, Faridah did not help matters. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is due to the fact that it is new, and there are likely some growing pains.So, unfortunately 1.5 hours after being numbed, I still felt sensitive. Turns out lidocaine doesn’t work on me as well as it does for most people. I would not blame her for any of that. From the start, Faridah seemed to be struggling with using the machine and needed to reset and turn it on and off more than a few times. She kept referring back to the quick reference guide on what to do. The machine continuously beeped error sounds throughout the entire process (she told me to ignore them). After all that, steps were still missed. It says on the guide (easy to find online) that if there are gaps visible, it should be retreated. At the end of the treatment, apply healing ointment immediately for 1-3 days. Both of these steps were neglected. I was not and am not happy with how the entire process was handled given that I expect the nurse in charge to be knowledgeable about the machine and service provided. It felt as though she did not know enough about what she was doing.And lastly, this could be an issue for some people. The main room used for procedures as private as Morpheus8 (or Triton (laser hair removal) is an open upstairs loft, without the possibility of closing a door (there is no door). They try to make it comfortable enough, but it is still an awkward space.

I was very pleased by the professionalism and customer service displayed by Justine while receiving my Laser Hair Removal Service.While the laser hair removal process was different than what I’ve previously experienced, I thoroughly enjoyed the cooling aspect the laser device provided during treatment.I look forward to returning for further sessions.

I was extremely pleased with my IV therapy treatment. My nurse was very professional and arrived on time. I know people might have choices today but it would be difficult to surpass the quality of service I received from this company. Keep up the excellent work!
