We had our foundation retrofitted and used the EBB program to help cover the costs. Fred and Genesis were great to work with and they made the whole process painless! They coordinated the EBB program and managed all the permits. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

After speaking with Fred and gaining his valuable insights I felt compelled to write a review. It is not very often I feel fortunate to speak with someone who is as knowledgeable in foundation and overall home inspection. Truly grateful for his keen & straight forward ability to convey foundation inspections results … He understands a home’s construction down to the way it was built pre and post major earthquakes in LA. This man is a rare gem, extremely knowledgeable, VERY kind and respectful. I look forward to working more with him on our home projects. Thank you Fred for all your feedback and especially for taking the time to share it with us!

I cannot say enough good things about Fred and his crew. He finished the brace and bolt retrofit on my home and, unfortunately, later that same day my house was destroyed in the Palisades Fire. Without asking, Fred reduced the cost of the project and invoiced me just for his costs. He didn’t have to do that, but it was a really appreciated gesture at a difficult time.
