We had rats on our property for a while and got a few quotes from different companies, but the inspector, which i believe was the owner, was the only one who really seemed to know what he was talking about. He figured out it was actually a plumbing issue, not a major infestation, which was a huge relief. They only had to do some minor repairs, and ever since then, we haven’t heard any more noises.
