This clinic is unbelievably unprofessional and irresponsible. You wait days for an appointment and hours in their office, but when I was just 10 minutes late with my child, they coldly refused to see us — no apology, no empathy.
They are always late themselves, yet they “punish” parents for a few minutes of delay. Treating a child’s health like this is shameful and completely unacceptable.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Siranoush Kevorkian, M.D. During a routine pap smear, she struggled with the procedure and had to repeat it multiple times, causing a lot of discomfort without any apology. During a follow-up phone appointment, she was unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns, completely overlooking my mention of depression and a recent depression test. She even made an inappropriate comment suggesting that she would only provide a note for my gym if I refrained from leaving a negative review. Overall, it was a frustrating and disheartening experience, and I hope others can find a more compassionate and attentive doctor.

Nurse did my intake, and then none of my problems were discussed when I spoke with the doctor. I was only able to bring one up, and there was no follow up for it, so it was essentially ignored.
Update: they don’t know the difference between optometrist and ophthalmologist. How any of those people are licensed to work in healthcare is beyond me.

Dr. Tran is amazing. She’s very attentive & actually cares about my well health & well being. She listens to your needs & provides a safe space. I recommend her & she’s very nice. She gets the job done. I’m so lucky I got her. All my other primary doctors from Burbank have left & they weren’t as attentive or friendly. & the front desk & nurses are also very nice & patient.

This place deserves more positive reviews. It’s clean and the staff is friendly.Dr. Ashley Tran is awesome! She is sweet and caring. Very resourceful and sharp. I am so grateful to have a physician that I feel comfortable with.
