He was on-time, prepared, polite, professional, diagnosed the problem with our Williams wall heater quickly, resolved it, and went the extra mile to ensure there would be no other issues including adjusting the gas flow and pilot, examining the venting both inside and on the roof.
He also provided recommendations to avoid problems in the future. All of this for the initial quote for the service call which was less than $100.
We will definitely keep his number and call him again if we have any issues with our wall heater and through-the-wall AC units in our guest... read full review

I had an exceptional experience with Air Plus HVAC, Inc. I was actually referred to this company from another manager who also installs and fixes furnaces. All the employees here were very kind, respectful and made me feel like I'm truly cared for as a customer. I had a technician named Razmik come out to fix our Trane furnace in December 2024, and our furnace has been working well ever since. It was evident that he truly cares about providing an excellent service. Thank you Razmik and the rest of the team for the wonderful service.
