Full disclosure: I didn't end up using AMC's physical restoration services, but I felt compelled to write this review because of Brian's incredible customer service.
During a stressful and panicked remediation emergency, I found Absolute Maintenance & Consulting. Brian was quick to respond, exceptionally kind, and gracious with his time. Although he couldn't get a team to my location that same day, he offered to jump on a video call to assess the damage remotely. I don't usually reviews, but Absolute went above and beyond in every way to make sure our unit was fully restored to habitability. They were constantly communicative, answered all of our questions, and did the work clean, well and fast. Highly recommend.
Truly a wonderful company to work with. The AMC Team helped remediate and restore our property. They were very thorough, responsive, and timely in their work and they did a great job helping us navigate the remediation/restoration process. I was impressed by their communication throughout the entire process as well as the extra-mile they go to ensure your property is fully restored. Truly honest, high-character professionals. I'm very thankful for their service and highly recommend to anyone who needs remediation/restoration work.
