Never againβοΈ The staff was very rude, both in their communication with people and animals. This was the first time I saw my dog ββunwilling to go to them, and instead of trying to coax him or communicate with him in any way, the groomer started dragging him by the leash (and even asked me to leave). I asked if they had any treats so I could give one to the groomer to entice my dog, but when I tried to take a treat from the jar, I pricked my finger. I don't know what it was, dried meat or bones sticking out of the treats, and I'm afraid to imagine how something so sharp could injure someone internallyπ€― The groomer also insisted that I pick up the dog immediately after the service because they had a late fee policy and my dog ββwas the last one (but there was someone else getting a haircut when I arrived). I felt terrible and didn't want to leave him there, but there's no waiting area, and all the windows are covered with opaque film so you can't see what the employees are doing, so we waited in the car. When I came back and saw my dog ββin the mirrors, he was trembling and lying on the floor in a cage without any blanket or bedding. When I picked him up, the groomer continued to speak rudely and didn't say a word about how the service went. Afterwards, at home, we examined him and his nails were terribly trimmed, as if the person had no idea how to do it. Many of his nails were split or simply damaged. He also developed an allergic reaction from the products (or from some treats they might have given him) β even though the employee assured me that they don't give any food unless it's agreed upon with the owner.
We used to go to their downtown branch and everything was always fine; he happily ran into the arms of the employees there, but this visit to this branch will be the last. I hope other clients will read this and think twice before going here.
