I’ve ordered many centerpieces for events at our home over the years from this location and they’ve always been beautiful. Today the staff went out of their way on a Saturday afternoon to find an orchid lei for my daughter’s graduation on Monday late morning. They had a couple in stock but assured me that more would come in on Monday in time for the event. I was so happy that this was possible. We will continue to get all our special event flowers at this location.
Although the arrangements delivered were vastly different from the original photograph and unfortunately and sadly defective/wilting, the customer care was very professional. The manager, Sandy, and their other employee, Hailee, were very accommodating and accepting of the issue. They promptly addressed the issue and fixed the situation.
Yes, it was very disappointing that the flowers were not what was expected but their customer care was very professional, polite and courteous. And that was really appreciated. 🙏🏻
If anyone has an issue, they should first contact them before leaving negative feedback/reviews. It would be more fair that way...read full review
