Los Altos Sub-Acute & Rehabilitation Center is a 24-hour skilled nursing facility in Los Altos, CA, dedicated to helping patients recover from surgery, injury, or serious illness. The facility is praised for its friendly atmosphere and is a great healing environment. The staff are extremely caring, very accommodating, and understanding of patient needs. The very experienced PT/OT team and the excellent nursing team provide great rehab to set patients up for a successful transition home. It's a clean facility where the staff are helpful and seem actually happy to be working there. Overall, the facility is committed to providing rehabilitative therapy and nursing care, aiming to help patients achieve their highest functioning level.
