Great experience in the solo room. The space is thoughtfully set up and makes it easy to unwind and reset mentally while getting the full recovery benefits of an infrared sauna session. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Infrared Sauna Studios with a friend. My first initial impression was how beautiful the studio was and the atmosphere alude such a peaceful, calming, relaxing, serene atmosphere. The saunas were well equipped, private and clean. The owner is very welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional with assisting me with my initial experience at Infrared Sauna Studios. I got to choose my oils and fragrances, ability to change the infrared color for my health needs/benefit, provided water, ability to play my own music if wanted and additional items to use at my leisure.
