Love Dr. Hetzler... previously she had her own office with wonderful staff. Recently moved to office with other doctors so more busy and staff not always friendly. I noticed my last 2 visits customer service is getting better... less wait time, friendlier responses, and more communication from staff. Dr. Hetzler is easy to talk to and gives great solutions to medical problems. She always makes you feel comfortable and I trust her. Dec 2019 she completed my surgery and everything went well. Highly recommend Dr. Hetzler to everyone:))
Dr. Hetzler Gretchen is amazing, she is caring and takes time to hear your concerns. Let me tell you each person that works at this office from the front office to the ultrasound to nurses and Doctor makes sure you are taken care of and are there to listen and answer your questions. I absolutely love this office.
So it's that time of year again... my annual gyno exam. As much as I dread this appointment (and oooh how I dread it) I'm always happy to see Dr. Hetzler and her amazing staff. Christina at the front desk just makes everything better, from the quick check-in process to the short wait & check-out. She goes above & beyond every time I see her. If you also get anxiety before your appointment Dr. Hetzler is your girl. She is so calm & soothing I bet she can calm a meth head. If it's time for your annual exam please don't put it off.
