John Paul Cardin, MD is a caring and solid practice. The doctor is very caring, good at surgeries, and good at taking care of his patients. He has a funny sense of humor, actually addresses problems, and listens to all concerns. The provider is amazing beyond words, helping patients get on a better path for health. The experience can be life changing. While there is sometimes a long wait time, it is worth it. The office staff is also super nice and easy to talk to. Patients highly recommend this place, with many being regular patients for primary care for over eight or thirteen years.

Absolute worse staff to ever exist. Super rude front desk staff. Every time I call for one basic appointment, they answer and put me on hold for over 1 hour and then hang up the phone. & when I try to call again, they make sure to not answer. Terrible, terrible place.

No wonder they have such bad reviews. I've been going to this doctor, Dr. Cardin, for over 10 years, but he's practically invisible now. I'm a patient with high blood pressure, and I mentioned feeling unwell last Tuesday night. I called Wednesday at 9 am and kept calling, but they typically don't answer. I didn't just call once; I called three different times. Then the rest of the week, he was closed for Thanksgiving. I only asked for a medical excuse, nothing formal, just for work. I never miss a day and wanted to prove it was because it was beyond my control. They couldn't even give me a note. Why have things changed now? The doctor may be a good doctor but the staff is really really bad. They never answer the phone. When the phone rings they hang it up and when I call back it’s busy again. And this happens ALL DAY! The doctor should really look into hiring competent staff that will treat his practice well and allow it to flourish because the staff he has is definitely losing patients
