Here because I absolutely love coming to this office! I mostly attend the office that is upstairs so I’m hoping this applies to that office. Every time I come in, the girls in the front are the sweetest! Especially, Yamilet! She is so pleasant on the phone and in person!!! Love that girl! I also vibed so well with Mersa! She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed! Briana is super cool too. Now as for Dr, Kang…. I absolutely love how he listens to my concerns and makes me feel cared for. I love how he really cares and only wants what is beat for me. Love this office and the type of quality care they provide.

TLDR: this office has the most LAZY and IGNORANT staff I have ever seen in healthcare. I will never recommend this office to anyone ever again until they do an overhaul of those girls.

Aside from the fact that one-star is the lowest I can go, the only reason that I would give it one-star if zero stars were a thing would be because Dr. Cardin himself and his team of doctors are actually amazing doctors. However, their front desk and back office staff are absolute GARBAGE. I have never met such lazy and ignorant healthcare staff in my life until after I had my child.

Absolute worse staff to ever exist. Super rude front desk staff. Every time I call for one basic appointment, they answer and put me on hold for over 1 hour and then hang up the phone. & when I try to call again, they make sure to not answer. Terrible, terrible place.
