Called to ask about customization options, they were very detailed in providing me with options and helped me complete ordering online. As soon as I placed my order, I was anxious because I live on the East Coast and I’m used to at least visiting a shop to ease my nerves. They texted me with updates and questions to ensure they executed what I wanted. And as you can see, I had absolutely nothing to worry about! They sent me a picture before delivery, sent me constant delivery updates, and another update confirming delivery at the church/funeral service. The staff was super friendly and the flowers were so gorgeous!
