“Maddy did an exceptional job with the flower arrangements that I requested last minute. Flowers were delivered on time and the everything was so fresh. She was thorough in offering me different flower options/colors/sizing and had a plethora of arrangement example pictures to show me. For the quality of work and professionalism the pricing was so reasonable and well worth it. I will come back here again for any future flower arrangements. Thank you Maddy!!”

“I used the Vons app today for a one hour delivery time frame via the Carlsbad, CA store. After the third-party member picked up the order and did not deliver for almost three hours, I requested a refund for the melted ice cream which I received promptly. I certainly did not expect to see this a couple of hours later: a refund for the entire purchase...thank you Vons for going above and beyond with your customer service!”
